These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“user”, “you”, or “your”) and the operator of TypingWale.com and the TypingWale Windows application (collectively, “TypingWale”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). TypingWale is operated by the same Govt. of India recognized MSME (UDYAM-MP-27-0029315) that operates CPCTwale.com and CCCwale.com.
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using TypingWale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately at support@typingwale.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your account information accurate and current. We are not liable for any loss caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each user is permitted one account. Multiple accounts created to abuse promotions, the refund policy, or other features may be terminated without notice.
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
5.1 Available Plans
TypingWale offers paid subscription plans of varying durations. Current plans, features, and pricing are listed on the pricing page of TypingWale.com.
5.2 Payment
All payments are processed through our authorised payment partner. By subscribing, you authorise the payment partner to charge the applicable fee using your selected payment method.
5.3 No Auto-Renewal
TypingWale subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your subscription expires automatically at the end of the period you paid for. If you wish to continue using premium features, you must manually purchase a new plan.
5.4 Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless otherwise stated. We will issue valid tax invoices where required by law.
5.5 Pricing Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions but will apply to new purchases made after the change takes effect.
6. Refund and Cancellation
- Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed the service in a manner that prevents reasonable resale or reuse.
- No refund after 7 days: Refund requests after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be entertained, except where required by Indian consumer protection law.
- Refund process: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Each transaction is independent: Each new subscription purchase has its own 7-day window.
For refund requests, email support@typingwale.com with your transaction ID and a brief reason for the request.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 Educational Information
TypingWale provides educational information about government typing exams. We strive for accuracy and verify every fact against official sources, but we are not the official conducting authority for any exam. Exam patterns, dates, fonts, WPM requirements, and rules can change. Always verify critical details directly from the official notification or website of the conducting authority before relying on them for an exam attempt.
10.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
TypingWale is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that you will pass any specific government exam, achieve any specific typing speed or score, or obtain any specific employment outcome. Your success depends on your effort, practice, and the policies of the conducting authority.
10.3 As-Is Basis
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- TypingWale’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to TypingWale in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, missed exam attempts, or loss of opportunity.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law (such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TypingWale, its founder, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any Indian law.
- Your infringement of any third party’s rights.
- Your misuse of the Platform.

13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using TypingWale at any time. To delete your account, email us at support@typingwale.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7).
- We are required by law or court order to do so.
- We discontinue the Platform (in which case we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund of the unused subscription period).
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Before pursuing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at grievance@typingwale.com and attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, form the complete agreement between you and TypingWale and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
